Prior to making your booking with us please fully familiarise yourself with the
Hari Aum Holidays booking terms and conditions. Bookings should be made by
completing the booking form and returning it to us with your deposit/full
payment with insurance details. Please note that your holiday booking will not
be confirmed unless the form has been signed. As many tours sell quickly it is
advisable, in order to secure your preferred choice of date, to make a
reservation by telephone without commitment. We will be happy to hold space for
a limited period.
Deposit : Once you have paid your deposit we will send you a
confirmation invoice confirming your holiday details. It is important that you
check this invoice carefully; if any detail is not correct or you have any
queries, please call us immediately on 0870 041 4750.
Payment of your balance : The balance of payment is due 8
weeks before departure. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, but if you
wish to pay by cheque or bank/building society drafts, please allow sufficient
time for any postal delay.
For all payments made by credit card there will be a processing charge of 3% of
the total being paid.
Please note, for payments made by card, we will need a photocopy of both sides
of the card for verification.
Reminders for balance payment will not be sent.
Late bookings : If you are booking within 8 weeks of
departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Your travel documents : Your tickets, full departure details
and itinerary will normally arrive 10 days before departure. Please check your
tickets carefully as flight times may have changed then those on your
confirmation invoice or itinerary.
